DELIVERY DISRUPTION – SERVICE NOTICE

 

Due to the volume of orders, the cut off for orders today will be at 2pm for delivery on Monday 1st November.
Normal delivery services will resume on Tuesday 2nd November.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience. 

 

Unfortunately, as most customers will by now be aware, we are experiencing an extraordinary number of delays to our deliveries as the parcel carriers struggle to cope with the volumes of freight and shortages of vehicles and drivers. We continue to send all of our orders placed before 4pm out on Next Day delivery services, however for the foreseeable future we will be unable to guarantee Next Day delivery. Please allow longer for your deliveries to arrive with you and where possible place your orders as far in advance as you are able to. Should you find that an item does not arrive with you the day immediately following the date your order was sent, please continue to wait at least one additional day before notifying us to allow for parcels held within the network to catch up. If you would like to place larger orders of 25 cartons or more we are able to palletise these deliveries for you, please note that Next Day delivery is not available for pallet orders. We appreciate that delays to deliveries cause a great deal of inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

 

 

Orders placed before 16:00 will be despatched the same day. Once an order has been despatched we aim to deliver to all UK mainland addresses on a next day service wherever possible (Scottish Highlands 2-3 days).  Carriage is prepaid subject to our minimum order requirements. 

There is a £10 delivery surcharge to the UK mainland for orders less than £150 ex. VAT

There is a £20 delivery surcharge to Northern Ireland for orders less than £300 ex. VAT

Please note we are unable to deliver on any of the recognised UK Bank Holiday dates.
